New investors who trade in the stock market are sure to lose money. They may start by winning a bit of money, then they become bold, and they will trade more and more. In the end, they all lose. Some people trade in and out of the stock market for 3 years, and remain profitable. However, they lose all and nearly half their initial capital in the last year. Those who invest for income are the ones who consistently profit from the stock market.

I do not trade too. I invest in income. I choose those companies carefully, and I save up for a whole year just to buy one stock. Once I have bought it, I will evaluate the portfolio every year. I may sell, and reinvest, but most of the stocks I will hold for years.
