To be cheap or not

My husband first date is at McDo.

Been on a cheap date before. Felt disappointing at first, but that man's sweetness made that date a very precious memory to me. I am so glad and proud to be the wife of the sweetest person in the world. I will never regret coming with him that night.

I´m old fashioned. I was raised in the idea that men paid for dates (the kind of place depending on his money) and that I had to invite him to my home where I would cook something special for him.

I've had both. I don't expect my guy to spend so much money on a date. Money does not impress me. But don't take me out to Taco Bell... When you are trying to woo the person, make a little effort at least.

apologies fer laughin'. aint nothin' high maintenance 'bout me. i'd rather pack a picnic lunch 'n go out in the wild. the first date i'd gone on with the hubs was to look 't a bull to possibly purchase fer my 2yr ol' heifers. didn't cost 'im nothin' but 'is time. 'n yepperz, i packed 's a lunch coz it was a fair piece off.

well at one time i had a date at mcdonals but i didn't think to much about it being cheap
