Yesterday, there was an excellent war documentary (in French) on TV. I have watched tons of war documentaries but they were always about the WW2. This one was about the first world war and it was in France. So sad to see that men (bad men) haven't learned a thing yet. PEACE!

The World War I claimed so many victims among the soldiers. My grandfather served in Italy during WWI.

@marlina Yes, he spent almost one year as a prisoner of the British troups, but he came back.

I have searched war documentaries in youtube. I promise that all of them are interesting. I too watches historical monuments specialities in youtube. Have you ever heard of Taj Mahal. there is an inspiring video one that. I prefer you all to look at that. You bet ya, you will be wondered by the artistic skills of all the artisans who made it.

The worst part is that it is the politicians and rulers of the countries that decide on a war, but the general public are the ones to suffer and very often die.
