I like busy. The boys over at B-land seem to be busy with their new toy, so many more are leaving. Their loss.

Deborah and I get together with another friend each month for lunch and chit chat. It's wonderful. She told me you were on this site too. That was good news.

@ElizabethWallace Thank you. I haven't abandoned Bubblews, I'm still hoping they will get their act together. But I'm enjoying it here in the meantime.

@jaboUK I'll visit them from time to time, but I put lots of effort into the other one and only made nine cents over this past week. I made over $0.50 cents here overnight with far less effort.

@ramapo17 Although, I did try Nancy Zink and still got nothing in return! Not all call names work on the search engine for this site, or so I have found!

That is funny as I always went by nadelma but I changed it when I signed on here and when I emailed @DaddyEvil he replied telling me he couldn't find me. I forgot I changed my name.

Thanks for that. It is how I found you, with help from another member who told me how to find your articles, when I could only see your comments at first. It will take a little while to figure this out, but it seems fairly intuitive. I like that.

@ElizabethWallace It was running for quite a while and then I think it was a few years ago it was shut down. Just this past spring/summer it was started back up again. Sounds like things are a bit different as old members still have a similar learning curve to the rest of us. Their discussions stayed intact, though, as well as the numbers on the side of their name. If you have any questions you can ask: @goaskalex or @owlwings. The first person is an admin. and the second is putting together a how to for the site.

This is really good to know. I understand this site has been up and running for several years. That's great.

I am playing with the notifications right now. I think this is an easy way to see what is going on, but probably not the only way.

Yes, using the same name or avatar makes "hooking up" easier. Some have not, so it is a little tougher for them.

You are certainly right. If they use the same name or avatar, it is easy to remember them. If they have gone all new, it will take some time to sort out my memories of people. But, certainly glad they are here.

@ElizabethWallace While I don't know exactly what she means, Elizabeth, I can tell by the numbers to the right of her name that she was here with the old mylot and that she's commented or responded to at least 60,736 discussions in some way. Course, some may have more than one comment or response on it from her, but you get my drift. The number goes up each time we comment or respond to another's discussion, or even on our own.

Can you define "long history" for me. I like stability and simplicity.

So far this site seems pretty easy to navigate. Great seeing your face too.

@ElizabethWallace It's a lot easier to understand when you shift your mindset just a tad to the left, ma'am! All the staff really put into the other site was a little of their time... the effort was ours, as was the money! So it wasn't difficult for them to up and run off to something else to milk and other people to milk as well! (I really hope no one from Bubbs was stupid enough to follow them over there!) I suppose I should introduce myself (I do believe we met already on Bubbs.) on this site. I am DaddyEvil on every site I join... I am sure you have seen me on Bubbs, because I KNOW I've seen you there!

I had the same feeling. Interesting isn't it, that staff would put time, effort and money into a business, and then run off and do something else.
