I asked my doctor regarding the discomfort and pain that I feel on my right leg. The pain start at the thigh going down to the ankle. He said that it is connected to my spine. I have spinal disorder, lumbar and cervical spondylosis.
The doctor recommended me to start losing weight because of my spinal disorder. Can anyone suggest on the best way to lose weight? I'll be happy to read your suggestions.

Ok.. Let me provide the solution to your problem and a smile to your face. One thing you need to remember is that weight loss doesn't happen in a matter of days. It will take atleast 2 weeks before the effects start showing up.
Eating less is not the way, your body needs food. You need to start working out. A little jogging, a little running will get you started. Once you start with your workout, you need to concentrate on your diet. Avoid fat. Put more emphasis on Fiber and Proteins.
After working out, drink a glass of lime juice on an empty stomach after about 15 minutes of finishing your workout. It helps reduce the fat quickly.
Tell me if you need any specific advice. Will be happy to help!!
