Chili Con Carne For Lunch

Today lunch was fairly easy to prepare. First thing I did was opening my big freezer and take out a container full of homemade chili con carne. Thawed it and reheated it and served it with a small salad and garlic bread. Delicious and extremely filling. When was the last time you had chili?

You know, I haven't had chilli con carne for ages, probably last winter. It's good to be reminded of these tasty and simple meals from time to time.
