I ran out of homemade muffins a few days ago and now it's time to stop procrastinating and make a new batch.
This time I am going to add more grated carrots and more chocolate chips in the batter. The last time I think I forgot to put the salt in as they were missing something.
So I will have to focus more when I make those muffins today.
Do you sometimes forget an ingredient in your recipe?

I love carrot cake and muffins, they're delicious! I did forget to put ingredients a few times but lucky it didn't make the dish turn out bad or anything.

I love making muffins. They're so much easier than a cake and I like the individual portions

They look appetising. I have not baked in a while. Must get there.

Salt is an important ingredient in baking. I've never been a carrot cake fan, so I probably would not like carrot muffins. Now chocolate or chocolate chip is a different story.
