@swissheart No, that's the wrong perspective.You put the blame on other people instead of looking into yourself. Why do you feel guilty? You aren't anybody's slave, are you? I know people like you. They're mostly women. They complain of too much work but need the recognition and the praise they get for it. The lazy ones love them!

I hate saying no, but sometimes we just have to and not every time we do we have to feel bad about it. Otherwise it's easy for others to take advantage of us and that's wrong.
