Ever been exhausted from dreaming?

I dreamed I was running from things and being chased last night, and it has left me really tired today. I really don't know why dreaming of running and running and the fear one gets when bad things chase them in their dreams, equates me being exhausted the next day. But it does. Do dreams ever affect you? Or am I the only really weird person out there?

Oh yes, they can make you exhausted or sad or an assortment of other feelings.

I wonder if it's because we are processing the previous day or something

Not always, but there are times that I feel exhausted when I had to escape a weird situation in my dreams.

@Jessicalynnt I believe that we move while we dream and this make we feel tired.

I am so sorry, I would suggest some resting time today with a good tea and burn either some sage or some temple incense.

Count me in as part of the group of people who are affected by dreams. Sometimes, I wake up all sweaty and stressed from my dreams.

@Jessicalynnt I guess you can do things that would contribute to getting you a more restful sleep.

those annoy me, I am wondering if I don't need to start burning incense and blessing the house before I go to bed again

I feel pain in my dreams and i end up feeling it when I wake up too. Or crying in my sleep and wake up crying tears.

@Jessicalynnt I always remember my dreams, sad or happy. Not sure if that is always a good thing.

those are sad ones, remembering the sad, but not knowing why. Then again maybe you don't want to know why.

@kevin, you mean to say you never remember your dreams? I remember my dream the other night and its really weird. i dreamt about two women challenged me to make love with them. it's weird right but I saw that I did it. I am the weirdist dreamer here. What you think guys.

I do all of the time, and I have some crazy ones, like once a giant chicken was terrorizing everyone. I mean Godzilla chicken

The running in your dreams is mostly related to physical weakness. At least that is what I had read. I had to agree because when I saw myself running - for whatever reasons in the dream, I would wake up feeling fatigued. And when I look back and ponder, I realize that my diet either the previous day or the one before was nowhere nourishous (unsure if this is the word, but I meant nutritious). I have one more observation that dreams do affect me. There are rare occasions when I dream something good and when I wake up, I feel so fresh. And some other times, I feel the dream could have gone on and on.

Not physically exhausted, but there were dreams that made me mentally and emotionally drained when I woke up the next morning.

I'm the same way so I usually try to go back to sleep again but that just brings me more exhaustion since I have too many topics floating around in my subconscious. ^_^ I don't mind though. I guess that just means my imagination is really big.

oh another Texas, woo! Anyways, I agree, sometimes it's just best to get up, more sleep will not help, not until later anyways

I do get exhausted of dreaming not very good things . . . All I want to dream about are winning lotto numbers. I dreamt 6 numbers before but I forgot 5 of them when I woke up in the morning.

running in dreams meaning you are winning in life. You dream about it every night? I had a dream and it always comes every night when I was a young girl. I was running with my friends and later they became witches and wizard and they were after me. I saw myself flying and flying in the dark skies. I was so tired in the morning because of flying.

wild! I never had a flying dream, but I could see that would fall into the running and climbing dreams that have been mentioned that made us tired.
