Thank you, my dear Anna. My late Mama taught me to respect every one, even the kids & beggars on the street. Yes, I might have not helped all who came to me, but I always try. I haven't done wrong to anyone. So, it really surprises me to find some who sound mean to me. Can they not say their piece with tact?

@Missmwngi I think I am just being too sensitive lately. It will be difficult for me to ignore them because we meet every day. Maybe it's time that I turn deaf and blind on them.

Thank you, my friend. But, you see, I live a very simple life with my loved ones. It was never my attitude to hurt people by my actions especially by my words. So, receiving/hearing & reading those deeds & words aimed at me make me cry at times!

You don't know what problems these people have. Their unfriendliness may have nothing to do with you. To answer your question at the end: Yes, obviously it is difficult for them for whatever reasons.

@MALUSE And how could they act as if they did or said nothing offending or wrong? Are they not aware of that? I am a very understanding person, but encountering unkindness from persons I am with hurt me so much!

You see, I don't expect everyone, in real life & here, to accept me & treat me like family, like what you, my dearest Manay @crazyhorseladycx & a few of our dear friends in Bubblews who are now here too, do, in pure sincerity. But, I accord everybody due respect, regardless of their individual differences or misgivings too. It's a fact, that"s why. How I wish I could have that same respect, even if they see me as just among those so-so people here in myLot. I haven't & don't hurt anyone. Neither do I want to cause anyone to cry. Well, it's not easy to cook, my dear Julito, so I am in your wife's side. But, you can cook pinakbet next time & have it half-cooked (which, BTW, I also prefer). If she likes it overcooked (again), then allow her to simmer her share more. That solves the argument! Ha! Ha! Ha!
