Many of us talk about frozen treats. Like ice cream, fudge bars and ice cream sandwiches. @Juliaacv reminded me of another one when I was reading her article the other day. One treat that I haven’t had in a while is sherbet. The Lemon is so tasty. The lime is good too. What about orange? Which is your favorite flavor when it comes to sherbet?

Isn't it funny, but I don't care for sherbet. I guess its the cream of the ice cream that I particularly enjoy, that and the chocolate its dipped in! Seldom do you see sherbet dipped in dark chocolate do you? lol

@Juliaacv Not hardly. What if they could do that. Chocolate coating and the sherbet inside.

I don't care for sherbet either. Like @Juliaacv I love the cream content in ice cream that is lacking in sherbet. I also tried an Italian ice recently and didn't much care for it.

I have had raspberry and pineapple and I cannot think of one I do not like. It is so light feeling.

Orange is about the only sherbert I've eaten. I do enjoy it. I remember getting orange sherbert push up ice creams with school lunches sometimes.

We sell several in our store, there is a raspberry/lemon one and plain lime and plain orange. I've purchased a small tub of each before especially when they're on sale for a dollar fifty each. I'm the only one that eats them, so it's a nice treat i can enjoy without feeling I need to eat too much at once to get my share. I have ice cream in the freezer, and this post almost has me getting some. Maybe I'll wait until an earlier night though as it's going toward midnight, or in an hour or so. Yum.

@Susan2015 It is. If I purchase it again in the near future, I'll try to remember to take a picture or two of the container and in a bowl.

I like raspberry sherbet. I have it mostly on New Year's Day in punch.
