Can we leave a link in the discussion?

In the past, when MyLot paying members for response, discussion and comment, this site forbid we leave a link in a discussion. After MyLot stop payment, an active member of the site can leave a link that leads to a specific page. Now MyLot back pay for members who are active in the discussions, and the other responds. Is this site still allow us to leave a link in the discussions that lead to specific pages that may be promotional? Thank you
