But I am doing it today. I am ordering lunch to be delivered. I really blew my knee out yesterday. I have this tendon or ligament behind my knee that seems to pop in and out. Sometimes it's painful. Yesterday was a painful pop. And today, I can't really do much of anything except sit. Perfect for myLot, but not for much else. So, since I can't clean anything or really cook anything, I figured I deserved to just buy lunch. Do you buy food out or have it delivered on a regular basis, or just when you really don't want to cook? How about when you are sick or not able to cook? The pizza will still be warm when The Hungry Boy returns from school, so perfect timing. I am looking forward to a tasty slice of pizza with garlic parmesan sauce, chicken and bacon.

With my being away from home for over a month with a broken leg, there wasn't much food in the house when I got home yesterday, so we went to pick up a pizza from Little Caesars.

I hope you're recovering from that broken leg. We don't have a Little Caesars close by, but it seems they have the best prices.

We don't have things delivered but eat out occasionally. On Wednesdays our Turkish neighbour cooks for us. We pay her for that.

The pizza with garlic parmesan sauce sounds amazing minus the chicken and bacon as I do not eat meat. We have a pizza place in town but there is not a single place in town that does deliveries. That is one of the drawbacks of not living in the city I guess. Good luck with your knee I hope it gets better so you will not be laid up not being able to do anything.

I get food at the store, in their little deli area. It tends to be reasonably priced and tasty enough. I had that for lunch.

we dont have take-aways delivered - we might have a pizza sometimes but then we go and get it - same with fish and chips

I rarely order out and rarely eat out. I prefer ton eat healthy as much as possible. But that pizza sure smells good but I won't order as I'll be eating a lot of junk on the weekend and really looking forward to that. Enjoy and I hope your knee heals quickly!!

Take care of that ligament before it snaps. It has happened to my niece. There are some physiotherapy exercises that should take care of that. Ordering lunch occasionally does give me space.

Good luck with the knee. I have the same thing, only (it sounds like) not as bad. I never order delivery, but I often order and go pick up Thai food.

It costs too much to have food delivered here and pizza is about the only thing you can have delivered anyway. I usually just graze on anything I can find in the fridge or cupboard, left overs, dried fruit, cheese, whatever there is.
