Sorry that I've missed a few days, but I just felt like crap with a head cold. It's amazing how miserable a cold can make you feel. There wasn't much that could be done.So I drank lot liquids and took naps. I am feeling better, this morning and will try to be a bit more active.

@NeldaHoxie I hope too, I do not want to go to see my doctor. I am drinking cranberry juice, I wonder if it helps.

Colds can really make you miserable. And even when they go, they leave you with some residual symptoms to make life miserable for another few days. I don't blame you for taking it easy for a while.

Yep, being sick is very boring, so it was good to be out and about.

I'm sorry to hear that. Please take some tea, if you know the horse radish or moringa. Please make tea out of the leaves because it will surely relieve you of all aches

Thank you for the tips. I have been drinking a lot of peppermint tea. Because it also settles my stomach.

I think you can get a bottle of Vitamin C at home. When you feel the cold coming or the flu coming, just take a few tablets of Vitamin C. It can help to ward off the cold or flu by making the immunity stronger.
