Peppermint Tea and Dry Burnt Toast

That's what I've been eating for the past few days. I've choked down some scrambled eggs and other things, but peppermint tea and dry burnt toast agree with my cold-ravaged body. They unstuff my nose and settle my stomach. Do you have a go to snack for when you're sick?
