I started to watch TV in the times when my brother and I had fights over the one TV set at home. He wanted to see Roy Rogers and Gene Autry and I watched The Betty White Show and the like. Later on, there were the moments for the comedies (such as The Dick Van Dycke show) the several medical serials and, last but not least, Startreck. Now I watch more violence on TV, not many comedies and a lot of forensic tales. Zombies creep around the corner. I guess that dinosaurs are a bit out. I liked better theold TV. How about you?

I have my love of both. today like you I like the thrillers and detective shows a lot. but there is a few channels that have old series I love to catch up on. like Hiway to heaven and empty nest. even the real McCoys

I would like new serials like the old ones, not only old reruns

I agree, the old shows were a lot better. Now there is too much violence.
