Puja at Kalyani

I'd originally signed up for spending 5 great days in my city, but then changed at the last minute to pay a visit to Granny. It was only me and her, and the two of us went out one evening to bear witness to some spectacular pujas in the locality. Over there, each locality has a number, like Granny's house in number 9. So during the pujas, each of them celebrated with the joint efforts of the residents. This didn't happen in my city, so I was fascinated. The last time I had gone pandal-hopping was nearly six to seven years back. We walked the most of it, and thankfully due to the almost comfortable weather, didn't tire out. Of course, Granny and I were lost thanks to the widely spaced pandals in this town, and ultimately hired a small autorickshaw called "Toto" to return home. Those two hours were really different from the ones I've experienced before, and it will be a while before I get to do that again sometime later. But the gist of the story is, it was thoroughly enjoyable!
