While there are many studies that say that spinach is good for us, there is no hiding the fact that spinach is one of the most awful tasting vegetables.
I think curry is the best ingredient to hide the awful taste of spinach.
I think the Thai green curry spinach soup is good enough, but I will add some chicken to the soup.
I am definitely not vegetarian, and I like to have a little bit of chicken meat to go with spicy soup.
This vegan spinach soup is flavoured with Thai green curry paste, and made rich and luxurious with coconut milk. Divine!

I suspect that curry was invented to cover the taste of bad meat in the first place. I like spinach, why not try it the Greek way with a dribble of olive oil, a squeeze of lemon and a sprinkling of nutmeg?

I am surprised to hear that you said the spinach taste is awful. In fact spinach is one of my favorite vegetables. I like eating it quite a lot. Here usually we will cook the spinach with tofu and beef. I will feel weird to add curry inside it. Our diet habbit is quite different

Dear friend, You don´t like spinach because you haven´t tasted my oeuf en cocotte. It has cooked spinach mixed with cream and grated reggianito cheese, all placed in a clay pot. Iver it you place an egg, more cream and cheese. Place it in the oven until the egg is cooked. YUMMY!
As the recipe of the curry soup says: divine!

I agree with you. I hate spinach and can only eat it if it's in curry. There's an Indian restaurant near me that serves spinach curry. It's literally mashed up spinach made into curry. It's really good even though I can't stand spinach on its own.

Same here. I hate spinach unless some spices manage to hide the bitter taste.
I think curry with thick coconut milk is the best way to hide spinach.
I like many other green vegetables that are healthy and taste much better, so I do not have to eat spinach so often.
