I feel really bad because after reading so many articles, after reading newspapers and watching so many videos on youtube I forgot each and every thing... Why is it so??

First of all, are you certain you don't remember what you read or watch? If you absorbed something, it is in your memory and if you provoke yourself to remember one thing you will notice you remember a lot more than you think. So keep reading and don't think it's a waste of time cause you think you don't remember.. And one more thing, sometime you need to take a break from one reading to another, to let the information absorb..

Yes I am certain. I read for fun as well. But I want that instead of learning I should remember good points so that I can use it in my work as well but unfortunately i miss out a lot :(

Did you put your memory to the test? Try reading a medium long article or a page in Wikipedia and read it again after few hours or a day and you will see that you do remember. If you want the memory to be more in conscious, there are a lot of tricks for good memory, too much to write them here. Look for it in the Internet.
