We can't live without it! That might be such an obvious thing to say but unfortunately it's true! What makes me so frustrated about it is the the difficulty sometimes in getting your hands on it. Take for example when someone or some entity owes you money and you are waiting for the payment to be made to your bank account, nothing seems to happen! When you enquire when the payment will be made the answer is usually that they have handed it to their finance department to do. When you ask to be put through to that department you are told that the person who handles the payments has gone off for the day. When the money finally arrives in your account you find out that it will take 5 working days to clear because they bank with another bank even though you expressly said that you requested the funds to be cleared! On the other hand when you owe money you have to pay up immediately or else there will be certain consequences that come into play. It's almost as if there are certain forces against you when it comes to your money. Does this happen to other people or am I the only one?

Oh yes, and it's so annoying. What really gets my goat is that the banks are earning money from your cash while they hold on to it.

Yes, that's the other thing I meant to say.

Very frustrating for us, but that is probably why the bank stalls so it can make some extra cash.

@marlina Yes that's what @jaboUK also pointed out. Gone are the days of personalised service in the banks. I can remember when the bank manager had power in his branch but now he's just a powerless employee like the rest.

it happened to me many times.. my problem with money never ends whether someone borrowed it from me, or requesting for payment from my employers online. and of course my financial obligations, i don't know when it will end and when i can fully enjoy my hard earned money

That is how it always works that way when you owe they are pressuring you threatening you and when you are owed everyone takes their sweet time. I found the best thing to do is not think about it. The more you think about it the more it stresses you out.

That is very true - another way to subjugate the populous!
