cup of green tea with honey. I haven't been feel well and so I decided to change from coffee to tea this morning. It smell so sweet and inviting. I usually have to have some java but not today. I guess the tea seems more medicinal since I don't feel good. Did you know that black tea actually have more caffeine in it than coffee does? I like the flavor and it sure feels good on a sore throat. Couldn't breath so I slept with my mouth partially open last night and that is why I have to sore throat. Good morning all. Hope you are all ready for a good day.

Yes, I know that black tea has more caffeine than some varieties of coffee (not all). I also drink tea when I am unwell.

I am a coffee drinker but when I feel unwell I always turn to tea. I think perhaps my body makes a better choice for me, certainly green tea is healthy. My preference for tea is Red Bush which is high in antioxidants.

Sorry to hear that you aren't feeling good today. I hope it's not the flu. I agree that tea does soothe your throat. I don't really care for hot tea but will drink it with a bit of honey when my throat is sore.

Thank you. It is sort of a fluey type feeling. A bit of nausea too.

Hope your green tea did the trick. I enjoy a cup of green tea in the afternoon as it seems to be a great pick-me-up plus I'm trying to drink less coffee during the day and only indulge in the mornings

It did for a while. Wish I had a smoothie now. Yes, I will also drink coffee early in the day. Later I can't because I am sensitive to the caffeine and then I am up too late.

Hope you're feeling better. I do love green and black tea. I love trying new companies out with new flavors, including chai.
