Training which is better?

Good morning everyone! I recently took a new position and I am my training period. My question is when taking on a new position do you prefer ha ing hands on training experience or do you prefer computer based training? I love to be hands on because itbis more realistic to me. In hope you enjoy my discussion.

If your hands on means being in the field for the training i like it that way too. It is better than computer one
