Can you determine if a person is lying to you?

Can you determine liar person? If he lied, do you confront him? In what way you can deter that person?

hi,i can smell that some body is telling lie..i had a interaction with thousands of people in marketing,personal interaction gave me that power..simply avoid in serious issues..

U dont need to know a person to know wether hes lying or not...u just look for body language ... Not looking into ur eyes when saying something ...unnecessary flinching...sweating .. all this points to lying .. and its 90% Accurate!!

I usually have no idea if a person is lying to me. Most people you don't know well enough to tell if they are lying.
