I am completely new to this website and honestly have no clue how it works or how to even get paid. I have scrolled through a few posts and have noticed that some people are backed up on getting paid. Is this normal? Please comment with any suggestions and advice. I look forward to speaking with you all. Thank you.

I remember the time 7 years ago when I joined mylot...I was not sure how to use the site and there were so many members and so many discussions going on at the same time that you felt really lost, whereas now some members take care to provide information to new members and make them feel welcome.

@else34 I joined the site on the recommendation of a friend who was also a member of an article writing site. The person became inactive after sometime and I too stopped posting here. After a few months I happened to see an interesting discussion post from here ,when I was googling the net for some information, so I checked it out and after that I was active here until the site stopped paying.Even after that I started a couple of discussions and used to look in every now and then..

What do you mean 'backed up on getting paid"? Read and follow the rules, get involved, interaction is the key to this site.

If you are suggesting that some people have failed to receive payment on time then you must have misunderstood what they posted. There have been a fair number of posts here referring to another site, which could be the source of the confusion. It is perfectly natural to be a little lost at first, which happens to all of us at the start. Mylot is quite an easy site to become accustomed to and it is a decent social site. As already suggested by a few people, reading the rules is always a good start and helps to avoid making innocent mistakes. If certain aspects seem confusing, there is always a selection of members here who will be happy to answer any query.

Welcome to Mylot! I think you will enjoy posting here. You will be paid when you post new discussions and respond to others' discussions. In my opinion, quality is much more important than quantity. Namely longer posts are better and it shall earn more than a brife post.

Just interact by liking, commenting, posting on the website. Offers are optional and be wary of them. You get paid $10 or more on the 15th of every month, if you make it.
