Time to Head to Bed

It's been a few days since I've done Verse for the Day or My Thankful Post. They will need to wait another day. This morning I went over to the nursing home to see if I still needed outpatient therapy, and was told since things are going well it's not needed. Good to know. However, while I was there I spent a lot of time on my feet, standing and walking, and my leg has been pretty sore all day. I gave in and took some Ibuprofen about an hour or so ago, but the pain is still bad, so I'm making this my last post and go to bed to get my leg up and hopefully dispense with all the pain. I hope your day has gone well or will go well if your day is just starting. Thanks for reading and see you tomorrow.

i wish you to be able to refrain from al the pains you have when you wake up tomorrow.I think you should not work too much tomorrow. Take a good rest and be better quickly.In our country it is 9 clock in the morning. wonderful to know that people in the world sleeps when another set of people trying to start their work in the morning.

Stay off of your feet as much s you can. You might be doing to much.

Doing too much is a sure sign that you're getting better but try to restrain yourself a little longer so you can fully heal.

I'm doing well in the restraining category. Though yesterday I did do more than usual.

Do not stay too long on your feet, you need to rest your leg.

I think that I went to bed too early, because here it is almost 3 am and I'm wide awake! I hope that you're resting comfortably and that the pain in your leg has subsided.

as my doc tells me on my feet, heat and ice, depending. lol. I hope it feels better tomorrow! or today, I get mixed up with all of our time zones!
