When you decide to build a new house.. these points you should take into consideration before landscaping your plot. What is the house and property going to be used for? Are you are going to rent out the house and receive holiday guests from all around the world? These questions are important as holiday makers have differnt needs than a newly married couple starting out in a community and suburb. Holiday maker's like to be able to entertain and swim ..so a pool and outdoor barbecue area is a must. If the house is in a cold climatic zone, fireplaces and warmth is very important. Some like to escape hot climates and embark on a ski adventure and all that goes with it. Cozy log fires and spiced warm wine is envisaged in their dreams of the type of place that they would like to rent. Warm colors in reds and brown's and plenty of soft feather pillows and duvets is what they would expect! Anyway, think carefully before you put in a pool, if you will really never need it!
