Why Am I Getting Foreign Adverts

Now we all know that he adverts here on mylot can be very strange at times, but earlier I had a first when I had an adverts for Gillette razors in what I think was Dutch. It certainly was not French, German or Spanish. I was on my phone at the time and it did make me laugh but how and why it happened I have no idea.

You do not say where do you live, if you are near a border, this can happen. I get German adverts, even if I live in southern Switzerland.

I an in the south west of England @ladyduck so no where near the boarder, France is the closest country and that is a fair distance.

well, so far here in my computer the adverts are all from my country. I have not encountered yet one from different countries especially when the dialect is not english.
