Shame on Me, I Laughed

I bet you would have laughed too.
Princess believes that she belongs on my desk and that she can sit or walk anywhere she chooses.
I got plastic roll out desk mats and I am trying to put them in place. Instructions are on a large (12 x12) sticky label. I peeled one off to read. After reading, I sort of folded it and laid it on the desk. Some of the sticky was still exposed. Princess jumped up on my desk and sat on the label.
The cat quickly jumped up and began running back and forth in the house trying to get away from the label which had stuck to her fur. She looked really funny and I laughed. I had to corner her and pull it off.
It was not stuck really badly, and it did not hurt her. I just surprised her and probably made her mad.
I bet you would have laughed.

Yes, they do keep us amused, or annoyed at times. Pets and kids are funny often.

true. when something like that happens, you have to find a way to catch, corner or cover them since they're in a panic running, jumping, rolling, kicking, flapping, scratching, biting...

It probably did not last more than a minute, but yes, she would have gotten thoroughly wound up and been hard to handle.

Draco got stuck in a plastic bag last week. It freaked him out and he tore through the house. It was kind of funny, but I had to remind the kids to never leave the plastic bags lying around.

@hereandthere I do believe it says to keep away from pets and children. I'd just come back from the store and the kids were emptying the bags, so that's how the cat got into one. He wasn't suffocating or anything, but he put his head through the handle and then couldn't get it off of him.

I am quite sure I would have laughed too. Cats are the boss of the house (or so they think) and every once in a while it is good to see them get addled a little bit.

Lol I would have laughed too
I laughed at Butty when he fell of the Window ledge a few years back he got himself so relaxed on there and next thing he fell of ..made Gissi and me jump as he fell on the Settee we where sleeping on which was under the Window ......but the look we got of him it was as if he accused us of pushing him of lol
