We live in North East Georgia and one town that is nice to go to during the Fall is Dahlonega Georgia. There are many wine tasting places and the town square is nice to shop in. It is a College town housing the University of North Georgia. It is a military college and when visiting during the school year, many students can be seen in the town. There is an Irish Pub restaurant there that is fantastic. My husband and I went to Dahlonega not too long ago to Wine Taste and we ate at the Irish Pub afterwards. I ordered the Corn Beef Sandwich and they make the best Corn Beef Sandwiches I have had. If you ever visit Dahlonega, make sure to go in the Autumn when the leaves have changed. That is a very pretty time of year.

I had started to make reservations at a rental cottage there but when I checked out the restaurant situation there weren't many to pick from, that was a few years ago maybe it's better now.

That does sound good. Mostly because it is nearly dinner time but I do love a good corned beef sandwich. If I ever get to Georgia.

I have lived in Georgia twice when my dad was stationed at Warner Robbins A F B. Georgia was a lovely state.
