Nowadays, many friends of mine are suggesting me to start a recruitment agency, that would recruit nationally and at global level. But in my city itself there are 3000+ such agencies, which are already active and have tied up with major clients. In such scenario would it be feasible to plunge into this business?

Nowadays every single thing is sold/purchased online. Even groceries, vegetables etc. I was thinking if this is booming why not to venture into something that is online!

I have been working with Due Diligence industry for last 10 years. I am a Research Specialist in Corporate Fraud Investigation department. However, if I start would start something in my field, it would need heavy capital. Few friends of mine suggested me to start my own recruitment agency. I am thinking in that direction. But I think opinions from you people would definitely help me in reaching a solid conclusion.

G'day mate! I don't think what you are doing now will help build a firm business at all. If you really want to go into business, it should come out of your passion. Not just some momentary inspiration since that leads to no where. You have to really think about what business you want and where you have passion and plan. Start planning and build your business plan. Be innovative, and don't settle for just begging or asking for ideas. Have your own that you know will make a difference in the world. Kudos~
