Offer Earnings: How Do They Work?

So I guess my first posts will be about how this site works. I know that many of the members are very eager to help, so I might as well shoot some questions. Actually, when I first logged into this site months ago, I was asked to fill up a survey. Since I didn't want to give out my phone number, I stopped. I returned only today. I guess that survey is part of the "offers" located at the upper left part of the homepage. I wonder if you guys really mind that part and if those offers really give us earnings. I filled out one but it only led me to more surveys and online shopping. Is that okay/normal?

The majority of the Offers appear to be surveys, so I never bother with them at all. I am not prepared to give information out that they can sell to others and which will result in more unwanted junk in my mailbox. I have seen some that offer a bonus for joining an online gambling site or other type of shopping site, though these do not attract me either.

@yalul070 I know several people who spend a lot of time completing surveys and do so for the side benefits, but of course it all depends on our personal preferences.

thanks. but i have also heard about freebies from filling out surveys. unfortunately, it requires a lot of time. yeah, maybe i should just use my time wisely and concentrate on discussions.

Most of the offers are surveys, I do not even look at them because they ask too many personal data. You are not obliged to look at the offers.

I've avoided them like the proverbial plague. They're optional and up to you.

I've learned you have to choose wisely! Some of the links don't work right, either. I did make about $0.10 or so with it today though.

I can't complete any of those since they require CC and I don't have one. I would say if those offers interests you then only go for it else leave it. Because some of the offers do cost us.

I'd be careful about giving out too much information. You don't know how it will be used.

Most users here will direct you to the help pages. Which is actually a good idea. I have found offers to be not worth my time. That is only my opinion. Hope you enjoy your stay at myLot and are an active user!

yeah i'm also beginning to think that it could be a waste of time. and yeah, it's risky when it asks your credit card information.
