How do you choose friends

Who will be your ideal friend? Do you have some real friends that closely resemble your ideal one?

Many of my friends are similar but also different. We all come from the same state mainly, their all down to earth, out going. They all have different personalities though :)

Its pretty simple i choose friend if someone completely understand me,if he is there for me in my good and bad times,if he supports me,if he stops me when i go wrong...
