ya it is true that people only share there knowledge not there experiences to help other in imparting its techniques to other they bypass guys because he know that if he impart there techniques and experience surly the other guys will be better that me in next day

@Fasigo Sir, I don't think it is like this. People tell their experiences too. But, due to certain reasons, this happens only when this is necessary.
People usually believe in replying in brief and to the point thus saving time to themselves and the listener. Hence, they often bypass experiences.
If the goal is to prevent the other guy from being better, then they will probably never give knowledge in first place.

i like your response in every religion there a certain rules not to bypass someone else because it is of true decisiveness

@Fasigo Sir, that's not bypassing really but about savings of time and money.
