Do you eat peanuts in this way?

There are many cooking ways for the peanuts. Do you boil them? It is easy. Just put the raw peanuts and water into the wok with little salt. When it is boiled, then it will be done. Boiled peanuts are tasteful. Do you eat in this way, too?

I do not eat peanuts, I am allergic, but here in Europe they are mainly sold toasted and salted.

@youless I am pleasantly surprised that China too eats peanuts similar to one of the ways that India does. We add a little more flavor to it. Once the boiled peanuts are peeled, we add cut onions, tomatoes, green chillies, coriander leaves and sprinkle raw lime juice on top of it. Then the whole mixture is kept in a closed vessel and shaken well to mix all the ingredients together. Believe me, this stuff is awesome and has a lip-smacking taste.

I am surprised to know Indians also eat boiled peanuts. But since you add so many ingredients for it, it becomes to be a big dish already. We regard the boiled peanuts as the snack only
