how are we feeling?

I have not heard of anyone getting the flu or any kind of bug. Was wondering how are all of you feeling here. Did you get your flu shot.Wash your hands.try not to hug too much or shake someone hands.I know that this is hard to do.But it makes sense. Be careful,eat a good diet and plenty of fluid. If you have the flu or cold.Stay at home.This is the best place for it. I came home from the club .When home for a spell had a sneezing jag. Oh!no I thought a cold or something was coming.But right now feeling pretty good.Not sure what may me sneeze.I felt like Sneezy of the Seven Dwarf

Hi there, I have had my flu shot and hopefully it will work this year. I try to stay away from crowds and people sneezing like you are as that is how a lot of it starts. Hope you stop sneezing and don't come down with anything.

I've had those sneezy days recently - particularly because we have the winds now - and then come the sinus issues. I'm feeling ok, but I feel that sick season coming on - so I'm trying to be on my guard as much as possible though I know the inevitable will happen (with Hubby bringing in things from work - and the kids from school especially). Nope, we don't do flu shots - but knock on wood that we never get too sick.

I have known some people with nasty colds and sinus issues, but not flu. I have a compromised immune system and I get quite nervous this time of year, even though I am fully immunized. So far I have been fine!
