What are the Do's and Don'ts of myLot?

As I dip my toe in the myLot community, can someone give me a heads up on what NOT to do?
I understand this is not the place to share links to naughty pictures and stories. But is there something I might accidentally trip up on? Or is there a classic mistake that newbies tend to make?
Please feel free to let me know of any resources or articles I might find useful. And what's the best way to navigate around the site to find cool articles and such?
This is where you will find out what kinds of behavior are accepted and unaccepted on myLot. When in doubt, remember the Golden Rule!

Welcome. Basically no birthday, anniversary posts. No recipes. The link above is pretty good. No affiliate links. I can't link to my YouTube videos because they are monetized and are the same as aff links. Pretty basic stuff.
You get paid for all interactions. It's not clear how much, but it feels quite fair. Comments count as much as writing a post it seems.

@NeldaHoxie I don't see how it is an affiliate link, I don't get paid for it unless it is my YouTube account I am linking to. I'm a music fan, and videos are so useful.

I had to do a keyword search to find out the do's and don't in this site.. There is a Earning FAQ, why is the myLot Guidelines not found anywhere on the drop down menus? Or am I simply not looking hard enough (for which I believe I have been..)

Hi and welcome to mylot. Once you have rad the guidelines, then you will know what you can and can't do in here. As a help, Alex, the admin has posted a comment too, so if you need any help at all, just ask him or one of us that that been here awhile. Mylot is quite addicting once you have been here for any amount of time, and you will want to be here as much as you can. I love it here, and I would rather be here more than anywhere else.. It is a great place to be, with lots of great people, who you can learn from, have fun, and earn all at the same time.

You don't need to share links to naughty pictures as myLot provides their own. e.g. 17 Celebrity Lesbians you might fancy! Shocking, and I only fancied about 10.

There used to be a page where we used to see Dos and Don't Dos But since site was redesigned in 2013 it was removed. For now we have following rules which are mentioned in below attached link. Please go through it, if you are not sure of certain point you can always ask anyone here/admin all will surely help you.
I have only one suggestion -

Great discussion. I spent my first three days here reading the rules, the tos and all that. Others have already mentioned no birthday or anniversary posts. I understand that, seeing as how that effected the popped bubble. What the guideline says is no personal milestones or discussions aimed at one person, or a small group. My question then becomes, can I see a longer list of examples? What are personal milestones, other than birthdays and anniversaries?
