I love different soups too. Have you tried Miso soup yet? You can get the tofu and cut them in bite sizes and warm them up, or you can slice the onion and put them in miso soup too. They are both good. I like to put eggplant too, just need to cut them bite sizes too. It very easy and they all taste great.

I'm not really an advocate for recipes for soup.... I tend to go with the flow... however, here are some suggestions that I have made and like...
