wow I slept all afternoon so need to do more m ylotting to nightl I had one of those nights when I just could not get to sleep. I would read a nd red. It did no good. Freezing cold in m y room so back under the covers. I had wanted to see my numbers grow but by one pm I could not stay awake. I put my warn robe on over m y clothes and laid down and sle pt all afternoon.
Have you ever had a night when yo u were very tired yet you just could not sleep, l ike your mind was wired and not letting you fall asleep?

I totally have, staring at the ceiling doesnt work, sometimes i try to read

@Hatley yeah, had that problem reading. cant read under the covers though

Yup I get those nights quite a bit. I just read until I get tired or watch a movie and sometimes it works and other times it doesn't.
