Does Bubblews Own Our Content?

I don't recall what the TOS on Bubblews said about this. At the very least, they have the right to use it as they wish, including selling the content. Just because they went offline, does not mean they went out of business. They may still find ways to profit from our content. Does anyone recall what the TOS said about this matter?

I am not sure, since the site is shut down I assume everything was deleted.

I think by this time, it is de-indexed by the search engines and you can consider it your content. Hopefully you have saved a copy of your posts.

I'm pretty sure that since the site is shut down, all your articles are yours. I have all my articles stored on my computer so I still have all of them.

I have my 1200 posts in a Word document too. I just never got around to deleting them. I'm wondering if the content is eventually de-indexed, will we be able to legitimately post those articles on other sites?

I have no idea who owns what ....but we are never going to get the chance to get our posts back now !
