This quote is very nice for it tells about truth of life that when one falls in love, the feeling is so awesome that one wants to surrender everything, and though that someone breaks your heart, you still hope for a rainbow to appear... Love doesn't kill.. its possessiveness, selfishness, jealousy that is mistaken for love which kills.

No, that surrender is a beautiful thing if both parties feel it. It is when one of the two in the relationship is not committed fully that love fails to bring life and happiness. Two surrenders equals happiness for both.

Love is a choice, not some uncontrollable thing that people think it is. The sooner you choose not to love someone who constantly hurts you, or doesn't love you in return, then you'll start to get over them. The uncontrollable thing that happens, that people think is love is just infatuation.

Oooh yeah it can kill and i guess that is why partners sometimes cannot take the pain and decide to kill themselves. If it does not kill you physically it can kill emotionally
