My niece's marriage is going to take place in a few days.I had to attend it.Last evening I was about to leave for the city where the ceremony was to be held. Suddenly a call from the hospital threw a spanner in works.A distant relative of mine had expired. Now I can't attend the marriage ceremony. Back from the funeral I am feeling sad and depressed. Don't know what to do.Even Mylot has not been unable to relieve me of depression.

Depression is a completely Normal response to this situation, there is nothing wrong about being mad at this Time as you have been through a sad incident. you should not be worried about marriage, as you will have many more to attend Hope you will come out of your depression very soon and many prayers for your relative

So sorry to hear of your loss :( I think that it is normal to go through such emotions during a loss. It does get easier with time. I pray you are able to get through it. try spending more time with family so you can all mourn together, it may help.

@else34 That would have been terrible to leave a young wife alone.. I understand your feelings.. Your mind keeps going back and forth to what happened.. Its difficult but its normal so allow nature to take its course.
