I need some inspiration

I have been hunting high and low for some inspiration for my wall sculpture. I have a bare wall and I am planning on working on it before Christmas. I just can't seem to find the right design to fire me up for the project. I am planning on working with air dry clay/cold porcelain
.
I have been on pinterst all day long and I can't seem to find the right one.. Google too seems to have failed me.
Any suggestion on where to search for such ideas

@AbbyGreenhill I want to do it myself.. so it has to be a three D sculpture kind of thing. Thanks.. I will hunt some more.

@AbbyGreenhill I am hunting them down as we speak. I did find one but its a bit too fancy for that particular wall.. I will have to modify it if I don't find another.

@sofssu Good luck! At our last home we had a 17 foot ceiling above the fireplace and it needed something big..I found a huge round piece of metal work that did the trick.

Ok, this may be a long shot, but try 'craft stores', or sites. They usually have ideas they can give you. Or something you might see, will give you a thought that can lead to a full idea.

@sofssu Ok, maybe the stores are different there, but here in each department, they have samples displayed to give ideas. They even carry books or pamphlets giving ideas. Not exactly sure what you trying to make.

@TexanTornado Hmm that sounds awesome.. we don't have such displays here. I am trying to make a 3D wall sculpture or mural.. I am sure I will find what I am looking for sooner or later.

@Jessicalynnt Its not the theme.. Its the design that can't come up with.. I need a design for a 3D wall sculpture which is workable with airdry clay and limited skills..

I would check out some online catalogs or magazines. Good luck it took me a long time to find something I liked.

I think you have found the best place to search for inspiration. Just going back and forth with another person on the site gave me plenty of inspiration to write a dozen or more post. I didn't do this mind you but I did write one as a comedy just to make them laugh. I did succeed and it went over well with them. That is all that matter is one or two people gain some knowledge, laugh, or have a feeling then you have accomplished what you have wanted to do.
