My Knee Hurts

There's something I haven't told prior to my jogging exercise, I wasn't actually doing any kind of stretching before I start. I've only considered stretching after the exercise is done. I guess it was my mistake because my knee started hurting and it's been hours since i felt a little bit of pain. Now, I watch a youtube video again about guidelines to proper running. It turns I was a bit unware that during the course of my running, I was landing my back foot instead of my middle foot. I thought it wouldn't matter until now I started feeling the pain. Base in YT, it's either your a poor runner or it's gonna make you pay later on. And it did. Im not sure if i should ran again tomorrow morning, I thinking of watching a YT video of a work out, i'd stop jogging for a day just to ease my legs.

Due to an old injury, I know what knee pain is about. I'd be very careful to pay attention to what your knee is telling you, and don't overstrain it.

right now Im resting @RonElFran and might do something else for a work out then jog in the later days

yeah you are right you do need proper warm up before starting exercise i am not sure about stretching

I forgot how important stretching is, I've decided to rest now and do it again tomorrow. I tried stretching before, but unfortunately, my feet also ended up hurting as well during my running process. @babaraimc

@Letranknight2015 I used to do Martial Art, we have a very good warm up exercises but some stretching is included in warm ups but mainly we used to do it at the end

@babaraimc Lucky GUY! lol I've always wanted martial arts as form of exercise. bt does it require mental training. well, il try it tomorrow because right now im resting a little
