My Knee Hurts

There's something I haven't told prior to my jogging exercise, I wasn't actually doing any kind of stretching before I start. I've only considered stretching after the exercise is done. I guess it was my mistake because my knee started hurting and it's been hours since i felt a little bit of pain. Now, I watch a youtube video again about guidelines to proper running. It turns I was a bit unware that during the course of my running, I was landing my back foot instead of my middle foot. I thought it wouldn't matter until now I started feeling the pain. Base in YT, it's either your a poor runner or it's gonna make you pay later on. And it did. Im not sure if i should ran again tomorrow morning, I thinking of watching a YT video of a work out, i'd stop jogging for a day just to ease my legs.
