What have you been up to for the past three days?

I took a flying visit to see the folks.. as they are getting ready for their trip I spent some (3) solid days away from the NET. Yes, my parents did have Wifi, they just love switching it off when not in use, which is nearly all the time! A "conservation" habit they picked up back in the days when resources are scarce. So, I ended up helping my parents with the chores around the house. "I've been put to good work" as my Ma calls it. Though, I did tell her I'd prefer to pay for a gardener to chop down the tree, than try to tackle it myself! Anyways, I feel massively out of the loop! I hope you guys have been good. What have you been up to for the past three days.

Oh ya it's very odd to be back in the "real world".. It does get a bit dull after a while though. Glad to hear you're doing well.

@babaraimc Well now.. that depends. Reality is relative.. films such as Matrix, Inception, all touches on this notion.

@hlfbldmom I do love roses! They are easier to look after once you've had them for a while.

I missed you too! Thanks thanks! That's my 1/4 trip back to UK done. It's much milder in UK, we are nearly 5C here.. with icy wind from the sea.

It's nice that you were able to help out your parents. The last three days have been the usual, for me. Just taking care of my kids, getting my two eldest to preschool, and such. Nothing special really happened.

Lol, they actually asked me to cut my trip short, because they were getting ready to go abroad. Tbh it's good to see them and even better now they are enjoying their time together without us "meddling" kids.

I have been trying to get better from my recent fall. I started having asthma problems. I think it was from not treating the pain. So I have been better at that, and both the pain and breathing problems are under control. Odd how things are interconnected, isn't it?

Sounds good! Actually I'm surprised how many people already have their Xmas decorations up around my folk's neighbourhood. Some people go all the way out with the lights 'n' all.
