who the fudge is edward cullen?

This isn't about Twilight, or deliciously sparkly vampires, or even my non-lack of who Edward Cullen is. Because I do know who he is, obviously. I'm currently reading a book which reminds me of a post I wrote on my blog many moons ago. I had no idea who Edward Cullen was. Was he a film star? A rock legend? Maybe he was a p0rn star? Whosoever he was, all the girlies were squealing with desire and wanting him to satisfy their every need. Except for those who were lusting after some hunk called Jacob. I had no idea who he was either. Then I read Twilight and suddenly everything became incredibly clear. I'm a tad disappointed with myself. And with the Whole Wide World in general. Myself because I thought it was just something the uncool kids liked to watch {for yes, there is a film of this book, and no, I have not had the pleasure of seeing it, ever} and the Whole Wide World in general for never informing me of the swashbucklingly fabulous amazingness of the book. Again, I assumed the book was just for the uncool kids. I now know who Inigo Montoya is ... and now that coffee cup makes sense! For friggin' pigeons sake!
