It's a Ghost town

It's a ghost town where we live. There really weren't that many people to begin with when we moved back to the area. Which wasn't a bad thing because most of the people made this place undesirable to live at. Some of the people were not bad people but some for example were hoarders and when they ran out of space inside the stuff started showing up outside in their yards. Some of them collect trash. We seen one person has no car but has the back row seats outside in the yard and they are used as lawn furniture except its not nice looking the seats are trash worthy. You have other tenants that are just plain messy. They throw trash in the yard and don't care and don't pick it up. Beer bottles, shoes, appliances etc. Then of course there are the trouble makers which you can spot from a mile away. Loud all the time, traffic at all hours of the day and night and not only do they bother others they don't pay rent. The new owners have served eviction notices to most of the people and some of the rest have left on their own. At the rate that this is happening the place will be completely empty by New years. The only people remaining will be my neighbor who actually is a good neighbor you don't even realize he is there half the time unless you hear his car start. My wife's aunt and uncle who have been here about 18 years. Of course us we have been here about 10 years. All 3 of us own so if we left we wouldn't just be moving out things. We would do one of two things sell our trailers or have them moved. Which most likely it would be sell because they are old and moving them can be costly and possibly cause damage to them. From what I understand the new owners want to have the park with owners making the place rent to own only. When you think about it that really isn't a bad idea. Once the tenant owns the place you don't have to make repairs to it.

It might be a better idea as people hopefully would take more pride in the place they own. Still, it must be getting quite peaceful there. I had to laugh when you mentioned those car seats lolz

@TiarasOceanView Its really sad because they make it bad for everyone. Those people should be put in a place all together by themselves and not be allowed to move back to normal society until they stop being so lazy that it affects others life and well being.

I would hope so but you never know these days. I was thinking to myself seriously what is wrong with people. Then they wonder why people say they are trailer trash.

I am trying to imagine your place, with hoarders and messy neighbors. And your good neighbor too

lol it looks like a really impoverished place right now but it wasn't always like this and hopefully it won't be for much longer. I wish I could put up video so you could see what I mean its mind blowing and kind of funny too because I think about how tacky the decor inside is
