Is Gmail User Friendly?

I would like to say, I do like Gmail more than any other web mail. It's spam filter I think is the most advance compared to other webmail. Except for a small attachment size, 10Mb for each attachment compared to others like gawab (50 Mb), Gmail give you 2Gb of space and keep on increasing daily, so you don't have to delete any mail.
