When will you have dinner?

The research found that the dinner can role your health. Such as you can't eat a lot for dinner and you shall not eat it so late, too. I am wondering when will you have your dinner everyday? Usually we will have dinner at about 7-7:30pm. As we have a habit to have dinner together. So my mom will prepare and start to cook when we are home after work.

It is so late. And perhaps you need to eat something before that.

My mother-in-law and my grandma are also diabetics, so I understand having the right diet is so important.

When we are at home we generally eat about 6/6.30pm. Here in Spain (where I'm on holiday), we eat at about 7/7.30.

7 to 8 is perfect time for dinner because we have to give at least 3 to 4 hours time before sleep.so its easy to digest food and also second thing whatever you take lunch and dinner dont drink water immediately after it keep 45 mims to hour gap.

Perhaps you are like me who will be starving easily. Normally I go off work at 5:30 and sometimes I will feel extremely hungry after that. So now I will keep some biscuits in my bag and I will eat some on the way home.

From where i'm from, you cant tell the difference between dinner and supper. Usually one can be considered as the other. So how are they different really? We eat "dinner" after work. That's about 7pm. And whats that about cant eat it too late? Havent heard that one before.

On usual days my family eats supper (dinner) after my husband gets home from work. That means 5:30 unless he is late. Then six. For Thanksgiving, probably more toward 1 or 2 in the afternoon.

@youless we usely eat between 5 and 5:30. We both have acid reflux and need to eat at least three hours before bed. If we eat at 5 it is more than enough time between eating and bedtime.

I have dinner around 7 pm too. We have different work hours, so there is no need to wait for everyone to return home before dinner. I like to have light dinner, and finish with fruits.

Since we are out to school or work in daytime, so the dinner time is our family time. It is better for us to have it together.
