Just back from Thanksgiving lunch

It was awesome turkey and ham, cranberry jell, stuffing a nd yams, pumpkin soup that was really new to me and really delicious too. seasoned like pie only not as sweet and creamy like soup
something new we get our dinners in bags not in the dinning room so back to the darned linesl I hate standing in line as my right knee invariably hurts the longer I have to stand. I hope this finds you all busy fixing dinner, or eating it or on your way to family outing. God Bless and Happy Thanksgiving.

It sounds as if you had a really good Thanksgiving meal. I'm sorry that you have to stand in line to get it. Perhaps you could have one of those small folding seats with a handle, rather like a walking stick. I have one and it is quite a boon when my legs need a rest. Unfortunately, it is not really suitable for walking with but is very useful if ever I have to queue for any time.

'thats because I have not seen him yet he got a late start to da y and emailed me he would be here as soon as he found some place for his supper.so I will probably have to wait to tell you til the morning but he will be here he is here now.

I'm glad you had a good meal! I had a different kind of meal this year but it was pretty good. We are already back from our dinner as well. That im not used to either, my family usually makes Thanksgiving an all day thing.

hi I must not have made things clear. no our soup and lunch was in the dinibng room its dinner I am talking about the sings say we will get our dinner in sacks so probably sandwiches and a drink in paper cups. this is a new idea bu t the owners are newWhat has happened probably is that
they have iven the kitchen crew half the day off thats why the sack dinners.

@paigea a ham and cheese sandwich, bag of c hips, orange j uice and milk since m y blood glucos was r unning hilgh I just ate part and save the rest for m y bedtime snack. Im a diabetic and the sugar in the pumpkin soup made m y blood sugar run high
