Does your city provide the citizens any benefits?

Compare to other cities in my country, I think here has more benefits for the citizens. Such as most parks are free of charge and you can visit there anytime. The museum is also free. There are more libraries in different zones. And the government holds the 1-day trip about science. The lucky citizens are selected to join it. These places include university labs, hospital, observatory and so on. Last Saturday we were lucky to be selected to do some physical experiment in the university lab.

The city I live in has a lot of good aspects. The libraries here are many and have a lot of free programs for kids and their families. The schools are good and have very good teachers. The governor is great and we have some very good laws. All is good here.

I think Singapore has about the same benefits as Guangzhou.
The cost of living is much higher, and the traffic jam is probably just as bad.
The cost of car ownership is high, but that is because we are so small.
I think in term of public transportation, there is still room for improvement.
